Experiments lead to breakthroughs
The conversion of users for Papa Johns depends largely on their proximity to a store and the specific store’s offerings. And the team wanted us to a) validate and b) prioritise this journey. We created several iterations where we prompted a user to provide a post code at key stages of them landing on the homepage – and wow! Did it work.
Customers not already signed into Flannels’ website could not remember whether they had an online account. Of those who attempted to log in, a whopping 20% had forgotten their password and after receiving an error message, the user-based conversion rate dropped significantly.
