Our 4 Stage Process


Our expert-led conversion rate optimisation can provide an exponential increase to your online sales. This is because a structured approach to conversion optimisation can provide consistent, efficient and significant improvements to the performance of the business. With our expertise and experience we understand how to create and manage this for your business, providing the most return on investment of any other marketing channel.

Stage 1: Configuration

Our configuration process is ruthlessly comprehensive. We improve your analytics configuration by ensuring that the core scenarios, if not all, are tracked effectively. With this, we add and create data within your analytics platform, recommend and configure new platforms as well as configure qualitative tools and techniques from heat mapping to survey design.

Stage 2: Opportunities

Now our configuration is in place, we're able to understand the opportunities within your user flow. This might be a specific template on your site, such as the product page, a specific motivation, such as a lack of trust, or a user scenario opportunity. These opportunities allow us to prioritise amends and experiments going forward making for the biggest and best return on your investment.

Stage 3: Insight

The crème de la crème. Our insight work is known for being both creative and innovative; this is mostly thanks to our T-Shaped, collaborative approach within individual specialisms. Here we formulate the core insights based on the previous data sets that will genuinely affect and improve user behaviour and motivation.

Stage 4: Experiment

Our experiment process is cyclical. Once a hypothesis is created from the insights, we design, develop, and QA. The experiment is analysed both quantitatively and qualitatively, making for a strong understanding of exactly how that A/B test changed user behaviour or motivation - if at all. From here, we evaluate, iterate and continually improve.

Our Optimisation Toolkit

Working in Conversion Optimisation is tough and whilst our talent is important, the tools that we use to facilitate our process are equally as vital.
