We are Approachable

For us to do our best work, we need to understand the ins and outs of your business. We need to know everything that you know – the good, the bad and the ugly.

That means you need to be able to trust us. If you can’t talk to us, then we can’t do our best for you. That is why “approachable” is one of our core values. Not because it sounds warm and fuzzy but because people come first in our work.

How does that manifest? Well, we know our stuff but we’re also awesome listeners. We will never be dismissive because if it’s important to you or your users then it’s important to us. We genuinely care and want to help.

We proactively share our knowledge and ideas. We don’t believe you should have to ask – but if you do want to ask something then ask way because we don’t believe there is such thing as a stupid question. Every question can lead to a new opportunity.

Honestly, we are just incurably curious. We have an impulse to seek out new information and explore novel possibilities because we want to find the solutions to our client’s problems.

When our curiosity is triggered, we dig deep to find creative solutions and then we test and experiment, test and experiment, test and experiment… and we never accept the first solution.

Our people are actively encouraged to stay inquisitive. To challenge the status quo. To question assumptions. To not just do what they are asked to do.

Our way of thinking is to take the initiative and to be genuinely interested in what others are doing, how they’re doing it and why they’re doing it so we can grow our expertise and knowledge to share with each other and our clients.

We take pride in teaching other people how to go beyond best practice and develop their optimisation skillsets. We are always learning and apply our learning to make it useful and meaningful.
