How Do Our Audits Work

To perform an accurate audit we first need to understand your objectives. We’ll discuss how you plan to grow your online business and how you are currently running your conversion optimisation program - if you have one.
2. Access to Analytics
We ask for access to your analytics account. Your data and our findings will remain completely confidential under an NDA.
Access to your analytics allows us to validate our findings. Data makes our recommendations and viewpoint much more objective. We’ll identify some key areas of concern and opportunities.
We can also do a quick health check on your Google Analytics accounts. 95% of the websites we ‘obtain’ don’t have optimal levels of tracking - yours could be one of them.
3. We review your site
We like to show as well as tell, which is why we produce video audits. One or more of our specialists will perform a heuristic evaluation of your site, recording their actions as they navigate your site.
Content will include recommendations for usability improvements, experiment ideas, insights from your GA data and reference to case studies relevant to your industry.
You’ll receive exclusive access to a 30 minute-long video that you can share with your team - great for getting company-wide engagement and buy-in.
4. Let's chat again
