The Bravissimo experience is all about inspiring big boobed women to feel amazing and Bravissimo had a real need to tie the experience a customer has in-store to the experience they have online. They approached us for help understanding what stopped their users from purchasing with them online.
So what did we do?
We undertook a series of user research studies to better understand Bravissimo’s customers. This included user testing and going into store to ask them questions.
And what we found was amazing!
Some people said they struggled to remember their bra size and therefore would add more than one size to their bag. Other people found that the bra fitting guide didn’t help them find out what size they were.
These types of insights led us to a series of solution design workshops that advanced the experience for the users and experimented with specific behaviours.
And the outcome?
Solutions varied from small usability tweaks such as increasing the hierarchy of the bra fitting guide to larger redesign projects such as the messaging and communication of the video live chat feature.
